Product description

On the canal bank at Berg's lower guest harbour you will find this barbecue area with benches and tables. It is free to use for everyone who visits Göta Canal, whether it's for hiking, cycling, boating or swimming at the beach right next to it. The only thing you need to do is bring your own firewood or charcoal.

Berg's locks are the Göta Canal's largest section of locks and it is here that the famous Carl Johan flight of locks with seven interconnected locks is located. In the area you will also find ice cream kiosks, cafés and restaurants.

Out on a breakwater you can also see the Dubbelgångaren (the Doppelgänger) sculpture, standing 9 metres tall and made out of perforated sheet metal.
